Disclaimer and Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer

Mana Health Clinic provides ketamine-assisted care and integrative wellness services to support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. All treatments are delivered under strict medical supervision and comply with applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand. However, the following points apply:

1. Off-Label Use

Ketamine may be prescribed "off-label" for certain treatments, meaning its use is not formally approved by regulatory authorities for these specific purposes. This off-label use is based on emerging clinical evidence and professional guidelines.

Individual responses to treatment may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychiatric Care

Our services are not intended to replace standard medical or psychiatric care. Clients experiencing severe mental health conditions should consult a specialist or emergency services.

3. Informational Purposes Only

The information provided on our website is for informational purposes and should not be considered medical advice. Always directly consult a qualified healthcare professional for personalized guidance.

4. Risks and Benefits

Ketamine treatment, while generally safe in controlled settings, carries potential risks, including but not limited to dissociation, nausea, dizziness, or elevated blood pressure. These risks will be fully discussed during the informed consent process.

By using our services or engaging with our clinic, you acknowledge and accept the above terms.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur a fee.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment or failure to attend without notice will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.
